MONDAY FLEX & STRETCH
Improve your mobility with this fusion of Yoga and strength training, featuring challenging stretches, balances and stability exrcises.
WEDNESDAY LOWER BODY BLAST
Circuit based class that will sculpt your glutes, quads and hamstrings, giving you the lower body you’ve always wanted.
THURSDAY YOGA FLOW
A Vinyasa-style class to strengrhen and tone your whole body, with breathing exercises and guided meditation.
FRIDAY UPPER BODY PUMP
Break a sweat in this high intensity session, to tone your torso, arms and legs.
TUESDAY KIDS’ JUNGLE GYM
An hour of active fun designed to build confidence in balance, coordination, creativity and teamwork. For ages 7-11
Oscar is a familiar face at Rocks Lane Chiswick, having worked here as a football and tennis coach for 10 years and is also an experienced and qualified personal trainer.
Oscar ensures that the work-outs are suitable for all ages – we already have regulars aged 16 to 75 – and every level of fitness. You don’t have to be fit to join us!
Oscar varies the content to keep it interesting: the aim is to build muscle strength and endurance and improve cardio capacity, flexibility and body tone.
On the Thursday evening sessions there’s a special padel fitness focus.
All sessions finish with stretching
and a drink in our café (showers are available).
