Rocks Lane Fitness
One of the core aspects of Padel is the strong social support network it builds. Rocks Lane’s inclusive padel socials are available for anyone to mix in, meet and play with lots of different people on Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings 10 am-12 pm, with croissant and coffee.
All standards are welcome.
Socials are available to book via the Playtomic app.
Padel stands out as an inclusive sport due to its accessibility and adaptability.
The sport can be played by people of all ages, irrespective of their fitness levels or abilities.
The enclosed court design and smaller court size make it easier for beginners or individuals with limited mobility to participate and enjoy the game.
Rocks Lane Padel welcomed England’s first Adaptive Padel Player, Jack Binstead, onto its Player Performance Pathway providing support to Jack and his Adaptive Padel Team, formed at Rocks Lane Padel Centre, Chiswick in September 2023.
Rocks Lane Chiswick is home to four sports wheelchairs, available for anyone to give adaptive padel a go!
Please note: Rocks Lane terms and conditions state that all adult padel players must register on the Playtomic App before playing.
Download the Playtomic app by scanning the QR codes. Register with your email address.
You can do a self-assessment of your standard on the App or request a rating lesson with one of our professional coaches. To book an assessment or to update your current rating contact: padel@rockslane.co.uk
