Rocks Lane Chiswick’s adult fitness training programme is a real treat for those who want to enjoy getting fit and feeling great!
We create a friendly and supportive atmosphere in which everyone exercises at their own pace. Working out in a group (maximum 10 people) encourages camaraderie and a little healthy competition.
Oscar is a familiar face at Rocks Lane, having worked here as a football and tennis coach for 10 years and is also an experienced and qualified personal trainer.
Oscar ensures that the work-outs are suitable for all ages- we already have regulars aged 16 to 75 – and every level of fitness. You don’t have to be fit to join us!
Oscar varies the content to keep it interesting: the aim is to build muscle strength and endurance and improve cardio capacity, flexibility and body tone. On the Thursday evening sessions there’s a special padel fitness focus.
All sessions finish with stretching and a drink in our café (showers are available).We are offering a free first session, so, if you want to enjoy the benefits of keeping fit and meeting new people, join us!
Rocks Lane group fitness training is on Monday /Wednesday/Friday at 10am and Thursday at 6pm for the padel fitness focus.
