HOW PADEL PARTY WORKS
There are two types of padel parties. You can have just a padel party without party food or you can have a padel party and party food in our private party room. Both are charged separately.
The padel aspect of the party is charged at a set fee of £120 up to 6 children, £240 up to 12 children, £360 up to 18 children and £480 up to 24 children. Party food will be charged at £12.50 per child, and a food order form will be sent to the party organiser within a confirmation email once your party has been booked.
We now sell alcohol for birthday parties. Alcoholic drinks must be ordered together with your party food order.
Bringing your own alcohol is not permitted.
Please note, confetti and/or pinates are not allowed to be used within the facilities inside or outside. For all parties, we charge for the padel element of the party at the time of the booking. This acts as your deposit. If you have opted for party food we will contact you a week before the date of the party to take payment.
Party bookings are non-refundable, however we always do our best to amend the party to a different time or date where possible. Please let us know at your earliest convenience if you cannot attend your booking.
Our padel parties last 1 hour and the party room will be available for 45 minutes. For example a padel party + party food party will last 1 hour and 45 minutes.
A padel party without the party room use will last 1 hour.
We have set party time slots. You will be allocated a time slot upon booking. The party room will be closed to the public for the duration of your party room booking. You will be able to gain access to the party room 30 minutes before the party food is served. Please be aware that our staff may still be in the room, cleaning up after the previous party.
The café area and the seating surrounding the café and reception will be open to the public during all parties. Please note other customers will be able to use the reception, changing rooms and associated walkways during parties. If you have any special requirements, please speak to the centre manager before booking the party who will do their upmost to help.
All padel parties will be assigned a member of staff to watch over play. He/she will be able to assist you in helping the children have as much fun as possible in a safe and controlled manner.
