Notice – Usage of the sports courts/grounds and/or other facilities by the hirer is subject to and is on the basis of the “Rocks Lane Multi Sports Centre’s Terms and Conditions” a copy of which is available on request by email from your booking contact at the time of booking, the Rocks Lane website at rockslane.co.uk or on the main notice board in the Clubhouse. By using the sports facilities and/or other facilities the hirer acknowledges that (1) he has read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and (2) his usage of the sports facilities and/or other facilities is subject to and is on the basis of these Terms and Conditions.

By using the Rocks Lane facilities or participating in Friday Night 5s and Jumpers For Goalposts, you unconditionally consent to photographs being taken of you and/or any person using the facilities within your party, whether pursuant to your booking or otherwise under your control. In particular this consent is on behalf of (but not limited to) children, persons under the age of 18 or those otherwise lacking in legal capacity.

For the avoidance of doubt you unconditionally consent to such photographs/images being utilised or replicated by Rocks Lane in appropriate marketing, promotional or other material whether electronic or otherwise. As duly authorised adult, you give the same consent on behalf of any minors or persons under the age of 18 who accompany you to the premises and/or any person lacking in legal capacity for whom you are responsible.
